A mini drama on the train near Dundee

As the train home pulled out of Dundee, the apparently short-sighted lady sitting across the aisle leaned over to Gail and asked:

"Didn't you have a dog with you?"

Gail's heart missed a beat, then started pounding so hard it activated seismographs in New Zealand.

(Gail says those readers who remember the 'Newcastle Escapade' will understand her panic…)

Then she remembered to look under the seat.

My what a fuss. And just when I'd found a nice quiet spot for a nap

  6. glad you are ok its so cool you can take trains by you. we can go on the subway and path trains in our carrier but we can't go on the regular trains, to like conneticut and place in anything, its so silly Its also a reason mom and dad prefer small dogs since at least we can go on the path and subway trains a large dog can't go at all since it can't be in a carrier so unfair

  7. Bertie - Sleep. That's the best thing to do on Scot Rail or possibly when visiting Dundee.

  12. Bertie perhaps you could snore loudly next time you travel? That way Gail will know you are safe under her seat.
